IAPA is a global trade association for the au pair industry, and it sets standards and provides support for au pair agencies and host families. By partnering with IAPA, AuPairWorld ensures that it upholds the highest standards in the au pair industry and provides a safe and reliable platform for both au pairs and host families. **

I have had positive experiences with Aupairworld as both a host family and an au pair. As a host family, we were able to find a wonderful au pair who became like a member of our family. The website was easy to use and allowed us to connect with potential au pairs from around the world. As an au pair, I found a great host family through Aupairworld and had a rewarding experience living and working abroad. Overall, Aupairworld has been a valuable resource for both host families and au pairs looking to find the right match for their childcare needs. **

I don't have personal experience with the au pair search through AuPairWorld, but I have heard positive feedback from friends and colleagues who have used the platform. Another popular platform for finding au pairs is GreatAuPair, which also has a good reputation and a large database of candidates. It's important to thoroughly research and compare different platforms to find the one that best suits your needs and preferences. Reading reviews and reaching out to other families who have used these platforms can also provide valuable insights. **
